Eligibility for a Return: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Starting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us by replying to you order email or using our contact page. If your return meets our conditions, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Restrictions: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure that you contact us before sending any items back.
